When we issue refunds and when we do not.
Because translation is a custom professional service, refunds are handled case by case. Below is a clear breakdown of our approach.
A full refund is available if you cancel within 2 hours of payment and work has not yet been assigned. Contact hello@translatenearme.com immediately with your order reference. Refunds process within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
If work has begun but not been completed, a partial refund covering the unfinished portion may be arranged at our discretion based on project status.
We do not issue refunds for completed and delivered translations. We do not refund for third-party rejections where the rejection was not caused by a translation error. We do not refund for client preference changes after delivery.
If you believe a delivered translation contains significant errors, contact us within 7 days. We will review and provide either a corrected translation or a partial credit.
